As consequential decisions and execution are delegated to software and AI, society needs a structure that can establish who did what without relying only on the account of the party involved. ChoiceProof makes transparency and decentralization standard design principles for the future.

Our work extends beyond any single product or protocol. We are moving knowledge, decision-making, and execution from closed platforms toward open technical infrastructure—building the conditions under which AI can become trusted social infrastructure.

Message from the Representative Director

In an era when AI handles contracts, payments, and operational decisions, technical infrastructure must provide not only convenience, but a means to verify action and accountability.

Rather than delegate correctness to a new central administrator, we are building protocols that anyone can verify through the same procedure. Through research in cryptography and distributed systems, ChoiceProof will build that foundation from Japan for the world.

We welcome those ready to take on the last mile between AI capability and real-world action. Together, we will identify future challenges before they have names, redefine the problems themselves, and carry their solutions through—building new foundations for the world.
